With nearly three decades of unwavering service in healthcare, Ebony Qiana Williams is a woman deeply rooted in purpose, resilience, and compassion. Her journey began in the mid-1990s, first as a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician, and has since evolved into a powerful career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with over 12 years of bedside, field, and leadership experience.
Ebony has cared for lives across nearly every setting—from emergency rooms and long-term acute care hospitals to home health and urgent care clinics. She is well-versed in complex wound care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and geriatric care. Her expertise extends to triage, case management, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and trauma-informed patient education. But her greatest skill lies in what cannot be taught: her ability to listen deeply, advocate fiercely, and hold space with empathy.
Through her work with Shift With Ebony, She Is Still Her, Ebony brings a new layer to her calling. Drawing from her clinical expertise and lived experience, she empowers women navigating the often-overlooked emotional and physical transitions of perimenopause. She helps women understand that their shifting hormones are not the end of who they are—but rather an invitation to reclaim their power, intuition, and wholeness.
As a certified Empathetic Listener and community health advocate, Ebony is building a bridge between medical knowledge and soulful support. Her mission is to normalize the conversation around hormonal health, redefine what midlife can look like for Black and Brown women, and create tools that center holistic wellness, personal agency, and radical self-compassion.
